Artist's Description
The huts are filled with Santas’ Elves working at different stations, preparing toys for Christmas. Some of sawing, painting and sanding various toys. These are erected every year by volunteers in preparation of the annual Wonders of Winter display throughout Waterloo Park for the Christmas holidays.
